I have been curious about something: When I ran for County Council, there were 8 or 9 candidates on the ballot. How does Prop. 14 affect that?

      I believe there is a middle ground, which we should strive to reach:

            2.  We should further reach out to the Peace & Freedom Party and try to work with them to produce a combined slate so any Green party candidate would never go head to head with a Peace & Freedom candidate.  If the two parties become big enough that they could compete and still have a decent chance of at least one making it to the general election, then we should suspend that collaboration.


      If we do this, I think we can enhance the chances for both the Greens and the Peace & Freedom party.  I also think we should explicitly and vociferously embrace the Pirate party platform to the extent that it is consistent with Green values, because doing so will, I believe, attract many people concerned about freedom of the Internet, etc.
