Hi Jim,

These were the decisions of the meeting last night:


9:10-9:20                       Sept.              tabling opportunities: Mountain View, Cupertino, Santa              Clara, Morgan Hill.


      This Sunday, August 25, at Caroline's,              any time after 9 AM to help                  organize materials for tabling.  


      Mt. View, ~Castro St., free        at the Free Speech area ($900 for vendors) Sept. 7 & 8, 10 AM - 6 PM.  Tian            will show up around noon, stay to the end and carry the            stuff home.  John volunteers for the morning              of Sept. 7.  Tian to                  contact Valerie.  


      Cupertino, Sept. 21:  


            Proposed:                        The Green Party buys a table for $50 IF volunteers step                          forward to staff it.  Consensus.  


      Santa Clara:  No              volunteers. 


      Morgan Hill, Sept. 28 & 29 - If Wes is willing to              table, we should support                  it, depending on the fee.

So far there have been no volunteers for Cupertino.

The deadline for receipt of the $50 booth fee is
Friday September 6-th.

The Cupertino Fall Festival is on Saturday September 21-st
from setup by 9 am to take down after 5 pm

Will we have tablers there?
If so I need to send the check soon.
