This is an important update regarding how the State of CA, in particular 
the Department of Water Resources (DWR) is being duplicitous in the 
waythat they are presenting their socalled Bay Delta Conservation Plan.  
It is, in reality, setting up the entire Delta region to become a victim 
of sea level rise.  They have given up on preserving anything inthe 
Delta and are planning to take water under neath what used to be farms 
and communities and businesses just to deliver to users further South.
