I am informed that no charges have been filed, and thus there 
will be no arraignment tomorrow.  No need to go to the Palo
Alto courthouse after all.

Fr. Louie Vitale, Larry Purcell, Mary Jane Parrine, 
and Ed Ehmke will 
be arraigned Monday  May 13, at 1:30 at the Palo Alto 
courthouse on 
Grant near California Ave.

The charges result from their actions on Good Friday in protest of 
Lockheed's nuclear armaments.  You might remember that Carol
Brouillet participated last year and got 18 months probation after    
(IIRC) a nolo plea.

Ed Ehmke refused the plea bargain last year and served 10 days in 
jail, and here he is again.  He deserves the support of everyone who 
can make it to the N. County courthouse on Monday.
