>This is to announce the draft agenda, registration and logistics for the next General Assembly of the Green Party of California, November
16-17, 2013 at the Arlene Francis Center, 99 6th St. in Santa Rosa.

>Registration is now open and will be $40 through November 13 and $45
afterwards. All registrations include lunch and a light breakfast each
day, and all meals will be vegan.

>The General Assembly is the primary decision-making body of the GPCA andÂ
consists of delegates from each active county organization. Please have your county party send its
list of delegates no later than November 13 (and preferably
earlier.)  A list of delegates alloted per county is here.

>The General Assembly will include presentations from Greens seeking GPCA endorsement for statewide office in the June 2014
