[GPSCC-chat] agenda items

Only Sandy, Spencer and Warner (plus two nonmembers) attended  the July 
meeting; and the three of us agreed that there were too few present to  be 
making decisions.  So the August agenda is much as the July  agenda.  I will add 
the three events items in the usual place.   Warner
