This is a bizarre story.  It's hard to believe
it's true, even coming from Dennis Kucinich.

I know some bizarre stuff happens in Congress,
but the idea that a bill can pass with only
three members present is a bit much.

And according to this page, the Senate passed
it 2 days later, but the President has not signed
it yet.

Anyone have additional info?
