Hello Cassandra,

Yes, certainly you can get some community service hours with the
Green Party of Santa Clara County.

The service would be informing voters about the Green Party candidates
between now and the June primary.

An introduction to four of the five candidates is available at
http://www.cagreens.org/santaclara/resources/
(scroll down to 4candidates )

Or perhaps assist two Green Party members who have gotten a minimum
wage proposal on the agenda of the Mountain View city council.

Which college do you go to?
DeAnza has started or is starting a Green club.
Where are you located?
How many hours do you need?
At what times are you available?

Let me hear from you.

Hello Jim,

I am a community college student in need of service hours for
my political science class.

When I first became a legal voter I didn't know much more
than the name about the Green party.

It wasn't until I got to college that I started to learn
about the actual platforms they support.

I would love to get a first hand experience and insight
into what the party is all about and get some of my service
hours completed. What are the possible volunteer opportunities
in the Santa Clara area?

Sincerely,
Cassandra Kopelson
