Hello,

Thank you for registering to participate in the organization fair at 
Earth Day San Jose 2015. This email confirms that your registration has 
been successfully processed.

The Earth Day event will take place on *Wednesday April 22, 2015 *from 
approximately *10:30am-3:30pm* on Tower Lawn at San Jose State 
University. Please be prepared to arrive to campus approximately an hour 
to an hour and a half before the event start time (a specific time will 
be included in the event information packet).

You will receive an email approximately a week prior to the event with 
an attached information packet, which will include your organization's 
booth number, booth location, event map, schedule of events, directions, 
parking, loading assistance, arrival time, FAQs, and more.
