Treasurer’s Report – Jim Doyle (5 minutes) 
Also:  New assistant treasurer/trainee needed  since current assistant will 
be moving out-of-state 
Items  re GPCA Plenary in San Jose, CA the June 27-28 (15  minutes) 
Call  for volunteers to be GPSCC delegates and alternates;  
Discuss  local host issues:  Identifying  local hosts; Food preparations 
for Sunday meeting breakfast and lunch at LISHC;  Identifying local motels and 
restaurants near SJSU location and LISC; Phone  calling GPSCC registered 
voters re USSF and Plenary hosting; Other  items 
Report  on status of plans for a gathering of the US Social Forum June 
24-27, 2015 at  San Jose State University as part of concurrent polycentric 
gatherings – Sandy  Perry (15 minutes) 
GPSCC  Web Page and Email Issues – Jim Doyle (15 minutes) 
New  person needed as administrator to update GPSCC web page since current  
administrator is moving out-of-state; e.g., mailing address change needed.  
 
Reports  on Earth Day tabling activities (10 minutes) 
Discussion of status of tabling supplies – (10 Minutes)  
Plans  for Tabling – Need to identify events coordinators -- (10 Minutes)
