 Warner--FacilitatorCaroline--NotetakerDrew--VibesWe had no agenda, so we didn't need a timekeeper. And, because we had no agenda, we forgot to have someone volunteer to do the agenda for the next meeting. We're probably not going to have an actual meeting until July because of the Social Forum/Plenary at the end of June.Anyway, we had, in addition to Warner, Caroline and Drew, Debbie, Jim. Joel, and Sandy.
Treasurer's report--We have less than $1000. Jim paid the new phone bill. We have yet to get rid of the old phone. Our new number is  408--236-2016.

Facebook Page--Drew is not a fan of Facebook, but he has administrative rights. We need to make sure Tian keeps taking care of people who contact us. Two people recently joined. Webpage--We need to have the County Council be able to add or subtract things. As of now, they ask Drew to put stuff on or take it off.  Regular stuff, like meeting dates, Drew does on his own.
Social Forum/Plenary--
Social Forum is now June24-28, Wednesday through Sunday. This overlaps our entire plenary. The main site for the Social Forum will beWashington United Youth Center921 So. 1st St. San Jose(it is behind the Biblioteca)There will be satellite locations around town. There will be buses. The deadline for groups to join that want to have workshops has been extended to June 5. There will be both workshops and Peoples Movement Assemblies. In case you aren't sure what a PMA is, it lasts 3-4 hours, people gather and plan future actions.Registration for the Social Forum is $60. For the Plenary, it is $40. But, if you are going to attend both, it will only cost you $60. We would like to encourage anyone interested to be a delegate. If you would like to  host an out-of-town Green, please let us know.
