Tis the (human and humane) tale of a dyed in the
wool tea party guy  and how his attachments to
home and family and  the bayous override the
misdeeds of government  neglect vis a vis
environmental and human health concerns.

It  is a bit long for it originated at tom dispatch but
I  thought you might like it and appreciate it as
