[GPSCC-chat] take 1 small step to relieve congestion

Hi Folks,

Traffic congestion is widespread, not just here in Milpitas. If you
would like to do something to support a solution, read on.

The MIT Center for Collective Intelligence is running a contest for
good ideas/projects that will slow down or reverse Global Warming.
Called the Climate CoLab, the contest has many entries in 10 different
categories.

The Milpitas BART Circulator is an entry in the Transportation category
under the title “MINI ELEVATED PODCARS – personal, non-stop transit to
overcome congestion”.
