misguided, SO THAT makes referrals</DIV>

<DIV>to the ICC in The Hague all the more urgent. I also like the  "5150 

citizens' arrest"  approach, where</DIV>

<DIV>announcements would be made that the White House has been surrounded by 

a nonviolently activist</DIV>

<DIV>citizenry, duly deputized in the name of innocent Iraqis 

where the UN Declaration of Human Rights is being violated 

systematically, continuously, and with great malice aforethought.</DIV>
