This is probably the best idea we have had recently.  You absolutely

MUST do it.  Nothing less than the future of the planet is at stake. <br>

I would like to pass on two references: <br>

First: Architecture 2030 was founded by Santa Fe NM architect Edward

Mazria to push forward the idea that we can not solve the problem of

global warming without dealing with energy use in the Building sector. 

After all, Building Construction and Operations takes 48% of our

energy, transportation uses on 27%.  There is a lot of good information

at their web site: <a href="http://www.architecture2030.org/">Architecture2030.org</a>.

Second: I think that you, and everone else on this list, should be

familiar with a bi-monthly publication called <a

 href="http://www.hopedance.org/">HopeDance</a>.  The publisher /

editor, Bob Banner, has a blog called <a

 href="http://transitioncalifornia.ning.com/profiles/blog/list?user=bobbanner">Transition

California</a>. The material there goes directly to the heart of the

matter. <br>
