organizations efforts to move towards use of IRV in Santa Clara County elections
and in the City of San Jose (would require the City Council to approve a vote on
a Charter Amendment). I suggested a 10 minute presentation with 5 minutes
for Q&A at the beginning of the meeting, and he was agreeable to that.
