Arts Council and other non-profit health, education (including the
arts), and safety providers to preschoolers and their families in Santa
Clara County will be severely impacted if Proposition 1D is passed on
May 19. Through our partnership with First 5 of Santa Clara County, the
Arts Council receives critical funding for our Arts Enrichment Grants
Programs (AEG) for young children ages 0-5. The Arts Council Board of
Trustees recently voted to support the NO on Prop 1D campaign and we
urge the community to help defeat this proposition. For more
