<div>I firmly believe that there are tremendous opportunities for the
Green Party this coming election year! California needs real solutions.
A huge challenge in this campaign is how to to address keeping the good
and fixing the bad of Prop 13, and having fair taxes for a change. The
business-as-usual candidates will not touch these hot buttons, and yet
