<DIV><FONT size=4>Folks: When we discussed alternate meetings days, I forgot 

that I have a commitment for the Calfornia GPUS Delegation teleconference on the 

evening of the third Tuesday of each month.  'Just forgot about it due to 

exhaustion and other distractions...  So, I will not be attending the 

County Council meeting on January 18th or the GPSCC general meeting on February
