<div><font face="Century" size="4"> I'm in receipt of news that
</font><font face="Century" size="4">Georgia Board of Pardons and Paroles just
issued a denial of clemency for Troy Davis.</font></div>

<div><font face="Century" size="4"> While this is to express my
disappointment at your decision, to not save the life of a man accused
of murder, as to his guilt there remains so much doubt, I want you to
know my thoughts are also focused on the tragic waste of the life of
Officer Mark MacPhail; I keep his family, and families of all victims, in
my prayers.</font></div>

State representative and Congresswomen Cynthia McKinney so plaintively stated,
"To ignore any shadow of doubt that you might harbor will definitely cost a
