I have used blogger for years.... and before that I used Movable
Type. <br>

You can access blogger by going to <a class="moz-txt-link-abbreviated" href="http://www.blogger.com">www.blogger.com</a> and that will
give you a choice of logging in or setting up a new blog. <br>
<br>
If you want to do it right, it is time consuming, since readership
varies directly with the rate at which you blog something
interesting. <br>
