the California Assembly and Senate to ask them to support SB900,
which may come to a vote as early as July 1. SB900 merely says, "It
is the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation to amend the
state's foreclosure laws to implement and make permanent the
servicing standards and other provisions of the National Mortgage
Settlement." Courage California and Homeowners for Justice are
asking people to contact their representatives to secure passage of

this morning (June 27th)</b> with most provisions intact
despite last minute effort by a committee member to delay and

this time, will be voted on the floor this coming Monday, July
