Tonight, the Libertarian guy repeated the discredited notion that raising the minimum wage significantly reduces employment opportunities. Also, even people on the left (such as Steven Argue on Facebook) often put forward the childish argument that "your sources can't be trusted because they spit out capitalist propaganda". My experience is that, within the same industry, smaller businesses pay their workers more.
