<div>We're planning a <b>huge rally in Boston</b> for early April, to coincide with what would have been Aaron's trial there. We're hoping to turn out at least 1,000 people to pressure DOJ and MIT to come clean about <b>the dirty details</b> of their persecution of Aaron. We <b>need to raise $15,000</b> this month in support of that effort.</div>
<div><b>The investigation into the prosecution is moving forward -- and widening.</b></div>

<div style="PADDING-LEFT:30px;"><span>“Are we using excess prosecution, excess claims in order to force guilty pleas?” the California Republican [Darrell Issa] asked. “Or are we trying to genuinely offer punishment fitting the crime? In the case of Aaron Swartz, <b>it’s very clear that they were trying to send a message</b> to people other than Aaron Swartz with what they were willing to offer him and what he was charged with.”</span></div></div>
<div>Even worse, we believe that there was <b>substantial malfeasance by the prosecutors</b> in Aaron's case -- we'll be making more noise about that later this week.</div>
<div><b>But we need to raise those $15,000 to have the organizers and communications teams on hand to make it all happen. </b></div>

<div>The government has said that under the CFAA violating a website's terms of service -- <b>say, lying about your height on a dating site, or starting a Facebook profile for your cat</b> -- is a felony.</div>
<div>Meaning <b>we're all sitting ducks</b> if we end up in the sites of some prosecutor with an axe to grind. That's stark, abhorrent evidence of the corruption of our criminal justice system. </div>
