The proposal would <FONT size=4>allo<FONT size=4>w for only </FONT></FONT>a limited sized "postcard<FONT size=4>s</FONT>" to be sent t<FONT size=4>o inmates.</FONT> Chief Hirokawa has agreed to hear from concerned community members, legal groups, and service providers who are opposed to the proposed policy. The administrators of the jail need to hear from the community how strongly we all feel against this policy, and why it is harmful to inmates, their families, and our collective community.
