<div>I don't know how others feel, but my personal inclination is to urge you to attend. I think we have a much better chance to work out a good policy in a face-to-face meeting than with emails, and the policy will be much better for your participation. Many of us have real or potential conflicts of interest on this issue (I know I do), and we won't have much of a discussion or much of a policy if we are all excluded.</div>
