Hello, All: <br>
<br>
<br>
I just sent two questions to the ROV; see below. <br>
<br>
<br>
With luck, I'll get an answer to Gerry's question and the
issue of whether and how homeless people vote. <br>
<br>
<br>
Best Wishes, <br>
Spencer<br>
<br>
<br>
p.s. When I was in the military, I voted absentee at my Mother's
address. Some homeless probably do something like that. <br>

Hello: <br>
<br>
<br>
1. How can I find a precinct map? Someone asked about the
location precinct 1370, the blue patch on <a
moz-do-not-send="true" class="moz-txt-link-rfc2396E"
href="http://results.enr.clarityelections.com/CA/Santa_Clara/51635/132089/Web01/en/summary.html">"http://results.enr.clarityelections.com/CA/Santa_Clara/51635/132089/Web01/en/summary.html"</a>.
Unfortunately, the detail on this map is not adequate to allow us
to find it relative to any known landmarks. <br>
<br>
<br>
2. Can homeless people vote? If yes, how do are they
assigned to a precinct without without a "permanent" street
address? <br>
<br>
<br>
Thanks, <br>
Spencer Graves<br>

there. Not hard to see
evidence of campsites as you ride by on your bike.
