<DIV><FONT size=4>It is a bit past 4:15 pm on Thursday February 26th. I do
not see any proposed agenda posted for tonight's scheduled GPSCC meeting.
I have tried to make it clear,previously, that an agenda needs to be posted to
encourage attendance, including mine, at meetings.</FONT></DIV>
