[StrategyPlan] I'm very slow

....my computer that is!. For some reason my on-line speed is less than half of 
normal, so its all I can do just to get through the last few days emails. That 
said, I was hoping to get caught up and address the specifics about the strategy 
process and Wiki, etc...today.........but not. Please bare with me!
