[StrategyPlan] testing from Kendra

Kendra,

I've arranged a Sac Greens meeting this Friday.   Can you briefly
explain what we should consider re: your "strategy" ideas? It's a
bit hazy to me right now?

We intend to discuss organizing locally re: outreach, website, etc.,
and upcoming local elections in 2011.
