This is the email list for the Santa Monica Greens, an independent grouping of registered Green Party members in the city of Santa Monica, California, recognized as an active local by the Green Party of Los Angeles County. This list is for the purposes of building the Santa Monica Greens (www.santamonicagreens.org) and the Green Party of California (www.cagreens.org). Participants are expected to participate in that spirit, in keeping with the Green Party's Ten Key Values and according to the GPCA's Email Rules of Decorum (www.cagreens.org/email-rules-decorum). This list is meant for local Greens to discuss matters of Green Party interest or business, primarily upon a Santa Monica level, in order to build the Greens locally and within California. It will include notices of local Santa Monica Greens meetings, issues, campaigns and other ways to participate. This list may also include items where county, state or national Green Party business directly affects Greens in Santa Monica, including information/ discussion about county, state and national Green Party meetings and opportunities to participate in the Green Party on those levels. Participation is open to registered Green Party members in the city of Santa Monica, as well as other registered Greens who are not Santa Monica residents, but who are otherwise elected to the governing bodies of the Santa Monica/Malibu Unified School District, Santa Monica College and the Santa Monica Associated Students; or are appointed to their advisory boards and commissions; or who are appointed to the advisory boards and commissions of the City of Santa Monica. List participants who are no longer registered Green in the city of Santa Monica, or in the case of non-Santa Monica residents, no longer hold the governmental elected or appointed position that gave them access to this list, are expected to unsubscribe themselves from this list. Subscribing to smgreens-forum

You will be notified of the list moderator's decision by email. This is also a private list, which means that the list of members is not available to non-members.
