Subject: Raffle Prizes for Cozmic Event


Hello All!   We are hoping you have started gathering raffle prizes for our dance at the Cozmic on Aug. 12.  Almost anything from gift baskets, services (facials, yardwork, etc.), trips, gift certificates from local restaurants and businesses, or something that you have made (I have a painted gourd from Margie Read) will work.

Attached is a thank you and some info about the event and C4C.  It is good to run off and take with you if you are asking businesses for contributions or you wish to give them something to acknowledge their donation.  

When you have something to donate let Gloria Purcell know at gpurcell at earthlink.net.  She'll be coordinating pick ups and drop offs of prizes and keeping track of what we have.  We would like to have eveything "in hand" by our meeting July 26 but you could bring it to the dance if that is best for you.  We would just like to know what is coming.   

Our raffles have been popular in the past so we are hoping to generate some supply funds for the last couple of months before the election. 

WE CAN DO BETTER THAN DOOLITTLE!
