The terms of cultural commission incumbents Al Boro, Marge Bartolini, Carney Campion, Suzanna Pollak and Helen Willms are expiring. Three at-large seats and seats representing Novato and San Rafael are at issue.
Also expiring are the terms of parks commissioners Carol Carter Colbert, Bill Long, Ann Barath, John Catts, Cleveland Justis and Dennis Scremin. Seats representing San Rafael and Novato, as well as four at-large seats, are at stake.
