[Sosfbay-discuss] ATTENTION PLEASE, (was Re: GPSCC Impeachment Resolution)

The GPSCC approved the impeachment resolution CONDITIONAL
upon confirmation that Rumsfeld and Gonzales are impeachable.
I have been assuming that the question was "Are they impeachable
by Congress?" or more precisely, "Does Congress have the
authority to impeach them?".

At this point, I believe that that question has been answered.

So in the email below, I asked whether GPSCC members agree that
the condition for passing the resolution has been resolved.
I have received answers only from Tian, Wes, and Carol.

I would appreciate more answers, especially from whoever
raised the point in the first place.

I plan to go ahead with sending / delivering the resolution,
UNLESS I hear something to the contrary in the next 48 hours.

Also, at this time I plan to hand deliver the resolution to
Anna Eshoo's office, and Tian has volunteered to accompany
me.  Does anyone want to hand deliver the resolution to
the offices of Mike Honda, Zoe Lofgren, or Richard Pombo.
