GREEN PARTY CANDIDATES GO TO MOUNTAIN VIEW
PROMOTE GREEN PARTY VALUES
TUESDAY EVENING OCTOBER 3RD
Green Party state office and local candidates will appear Tuesday evening,
October 3, 2006, to offer alternatives to Democratic and Republican party
candidates
in the November 7th election.
Speakers will include: Todd Chretien, candidate for U.S. Senate (“A Million
Votes for Peace“); Peter Miguel Camejo, candidate for Governor; Donna Warren,
candidate for Lt. Governor; Forrest Hill, candidate for Secretary of State;
Methul Thakker, candidate for Treasurer;
Michael Wyman, candidate for Attorney General; Laura Wells, candidate for
Controller;
Larry Cafiero, candidate for Insurance Commissioner; Carol Brouillet,
candidate for
U.S. Congress (14th District); and Tian Harter, candidate for the Mountain
View City Council.
Location: Historic Adobe Building, 157 Moffet Boulevard, Mountain View, CA
Schedule: Doors open to the Public/Reception 6:45 pm
Candidates begin speaking 7:30 pm
Questions from audience 9:00 to 9:30 pm
Media interviews with candidates may be scheduled before the program.
This event is presented by the Green Party of Santa Clara County. GPCA
candidates
also will appear, 7-9 pm October 11th, 212-A Miller Avenue, South San
Francisco, CA.
