[Sosfbay-discuss] Repeat Call For GPSCC Delegates to Riverside County Plenary September 8-9th

Again requestiong that people volunteer to be delegates for  the next GPCA 
General Assembly of Delegates in Riverside, CA September  8-9th.  You can't ask 
for a travel subsidy if you are not a delegate.   Delegates have to be 
reported by the County Council and they have to  register.  Delegates have the 
responsibility to review the agenda packet  and bring recommendations to our County 
GP meeting that precedes the plenary on  Thursday September 6th.  At the last 
GPSCC meeting, Jim Stauffer, Drew  Johnson and Warner Bloomberg indicated a 
willingness to be delegates, but also  indicated a willingness to stand aside or 
be alternates if others would  volunteer (since the three of us have been 
delegates at a number of previous  meetings).  Evenso, that fills only 3 out of 4 
of our delegation positions  and is all guys!!!  Personal responsibility 
includes personal  participation.  Warner
