[Sosfbay-discuss] Permanent Absentee ballots.

I'm thinking we should think about doing a mailing to the membership in 
January. If we can make an endorsement at the January meeting and put 
out a mailing by the middle of the month, maybe we can influence how our
County votes. What do you guys think?
