[Sosfbay-discuss] Earth day

Many campuses have video classes that students could get involved  
with and help produce an Earth Day PSA free to be played on public  
access possibly free.  We could round up NGOs so that the GP doesn't  
have to pay as a political entity but just one of the signatories.   
Would this work and can we do it in time?
