In news from Washington, calls are increasing for the impeachment of Vice
President Dick Cheney. Three Democratic members of the House Judiciary
Committee Robert Wexler of Florida, Luis Gutierrez of Illinois and Tammy
Baldwin of Wisconsin have called on committee chair John Conyers to begin
impeachment hearings. Robert Wexler said the charges against the Vice
President are too serious to ignore. Since last week, 70,000 people have
signed a petition on Robert Wexler’s website supporting impeachment
