The County Council of the GPSCC has consensed to endorse the PPJC
events below, (the peace rally on March 17 and the Congressional
Office Visits on March 19).

Peninsula Peace and Justice Center will be organizing a major peace
rally to be held on Saturday, March 17 at 12:00 noon at Palo Alto City
Hall Plaza.  There will also be follow-up actions at local Congressional
offices on Monday, March 19.  These actions are to mark the 4th
anniversary of the invasion and occupation of Iraq.


The main slogans for the rally will be:
Get Out of Iraq
Stay Out of Iran
