Bylaw clarification on replacing Regional Rep. was
taken off agenda at SF Plenary.  Will bring back to

Plenary Reports:

Warner: Consensus Calender items, GP-US Nomination
Convention Delegates, Frustration over CC paralysis
led to ‘hijacking of agenda’.

Cameron: Ashamed and disgusted - bad as Asilomar,
personal charisma won over formal agenda.  Documentary
crew videoing.  Crew astonished that we were still
trying to struggle through. polydot.org, 

Tian: Took photos.  Good turnout in delegate numbers. 
Camraderie. Little things made it fun.

Jim: One of strangest plenaries he’s ever seen. 
Committee meetings were preempted (only one session),
last CC meeting ‘sedate and well mannered’ sobering
effect.  CC’s solution: Quarantine LA.  Binding
arbitration. proposal LA. reps voluntarily resign.

Drew:  Disturbing!  Especially running-out-the-clock
parliamentary maneuvering of Michael Feinstein to
continue to hold power.

Concerns with Reboot proposal :  Drew requests
feedback

Warner: Felt reboot is contrary to Green Values,
responsibility of Regions to send reps.

Jim: Doesn’t think firing everyone is the solution. 
Good people would be lost. Won’t get us to a
functioning CC.

WE RAN OUT OF TIME SO WE DIDN’T GET TO THE REST OF THE
AGENDA WHICH INCLUDED:
