Save the Date:  Candidate Training Sessions August
25th at UCLA; Strategy Meetings August 26th

The  CCWG and Los Angeles County Green Party activists
are organizing candidate  training sessions to be held
on August 25, 2007, at the University of California,
Los Angeles.  Plans in progress also include a
possible forum of GPUS presidential candidates
Saturday evening and strategy planning sessions  on

Candidate Funding Process in August; Candidate 
Information Requested

There is a small amount of funds in the CCWG budget 
for distribution to GPCA candidates.  The CCWG will
review candidate  support requests in August after the
filing deadline for the November 2007  elections. 
Please provide the CCWG with the names and contact
information  for candidates for all elected offices in
both the November 2007 and June 2008  elections.  Send

candidates that local GP(s) endorsement is a  minimum
eligibility requirement for GPCA funding.
