their fundraising mailing.

_______

Letter from Support Network for Battered Women:

We are really excited that you're adopting our Gala
Mailing Project on Tuesday, June 26th from 6:30pm –
9:00pm
 THANK YOU!

As requested, we are able to host a short presentation
on the services provided by the Support Network at the
beginning of the evening... 6:30pm – 7:00pm.

We have 1,200 invitations to prepare for mailing. To
complete this mailing project our estimate is that it
will take a team of about 12-16 Volunteers each
working 2 hours (not including presentation time). We
can also be flexible with the arrival time of
Volunteers
if some need to arrive later, or need to
leave earlier that is no problem
 we can make
information available for those who missed the
presentation.

I look forward to hearing from you again soon.

With much appreciation,

Lorraine
