Warner, Tian, Dana, Jim Stauffer and Cameron met on March 23rd to review the
Plenary agenda packet. We were all pretty much in agreement as follows:

Consent Calendar Item -- Extend deadline for GPUS delegate applications --
Consent
Consent Calendar Item -- Disability Rights Platform -- Consent
Consent Calendar Item -- GMO Platform -- Consent
Consent Calendar Item -- Green Chemistry Platform -- Consent
(all platform items subject to minor editorial improvement suggestions --
individuals have responsibility to communicate with presenters)
GPCA Budget -- Some questions and concerns that will have to be addressed at
the state meeting; e.g., conversion of plenary expenses to a state budget
responsibility; stipend for GPCA Treasurer.
Shortened deadline for At-Large GPCA Coordinating Committee members
applications -- No; Moot because of lack of candidate applications
Deadline extension for GPUS presidential nominating convention delegates
lists (from 12/7/07 to 2/1/08) -- Yes
Proposals to reduce GPCA Coordinating Committee from 20 to 12 from two north
and south megaregions without alternates elected by #1 Plenary Delegates or
#2 County Councils -- No and No
Bylaw to adjust quorum at Plenaries to account for attendance losses -- Yes
Bylaw to clarify Regions can replace their Coordinating Committee members
midterm
-- This item probably had the most discussion; Marjoirty favored, but there
was not consensus
Revise County Polling procedures -- Yes
Formalize Campaign Support Fund Committee -- Yes
Standing General Assembly Experiment -- Yes
