To whom it may concern,

 

Attached is an SJSU campus map and directions to get to the Earth Day 
event on April 24, 2008. Set up will begin at 8:30 am and clean-up at 
3:00 pm.

 

For those groups who have signed up for a parking permit, there will be 
two students in green Earth Day t-shirts stationed on campus at the end 
of the 7^th Street side street from 8:00-10:00.  Let them know you are 
tabling for Earth Day and they will give you an all-day parking permit 
for 4^th street, 7^th street, and 10^th street SJSU garages.  _Parking 
is limited so please arrive early_. Also, you are welcome to drop off 
your display(s) with these students while you find parking in one of 
these garages.   Additional daytime parking permits may be purchased 
inside the garage for $8.00 each. 

 

 

We are all looking forward to see you for this special event!  Feel free 
to call us on our mobile phones if you are having any issues on the day 
of the event

Directions to SJSU:

 

 From Highway 280 South: exit at Seventh Street to the left; cross sixth 
street and turn left onto 7^th Street; cross San Salvador and turn into 
the 7th Street Garage.

 

 From Highway 280 North; exit at Seventh Street; take a right onto 
Seventh Street; go straight into the 7th Street Garage.
