Terry Koch, who came to the picnic and agreed there to table at the booth,
sent the following email:

Just and FYi in case there's any question, Jim:
I was there at 9:45am on Monday ready to help out, but nobody showed to 
open the booth.
At 11am I shook my head and walked away.
