concerning the ebb and flow of free market ideology
with the warning that it will return.

Furthermore, she writes that it will be necessary to take the streets
as was done in the 30s to effect a solution or at least a change.

Is her assessment correct?
Is taking to the streets the answer, an answer, the best answer?
If so, how doeds it get implemented?
