[Sosfbay-discuss] Agenda for Aug (5th/12th?) General Meeting

First of all, should we schedule a meeting for the County Council  
before the General Meeting for detailed reports from delegates to the  
National Meeting?

Yeah or Nay from the 7 County Council members.

Now for the General Meeting....

1)  Should it be on the 12th to give delegates time to breathe and to  
attend a County Council Meeting to resolve any issues before the  
General Meeting?

2)  Do we have a Speaker for the evening?  If not, are people  
interested in viewing a Video during eating/chat time *before* the  
scheduled meeting time?  (I am building a DVD collection of topics of  
interest to activists.  Topic list available upon request.)

Pick Facilitator, Timekeeper, Note Taker, Vibes Watcher (5 min).

Party Business:  Reports back from National Meeting (15-20 min?).

Treasurer's report (5 min?).

Tabling report - future dates and costs (10 min?).
			- past dates and receipts (5 min?).

Yard Sale & any lessons learned (Andrea ) - (5-10 min?).

Second Town Meeting & flyers, with suggested places to distribute the  
latter (Caroline/Merriam) -  (10-15 min?)

KKUP issue (Warner) - (5 Min?)

Other???
