Are we planning on doing anything in San Jose or up in SF to commemorate the 20th Anniversary of the Tiananmen Massacre on June 4, 2009?

The Communist Party of China continues its unrestrained use of the death penalty, censorship of press and speech, outlawing freedom of religion, and arcane one-child policy (often leading to the intentional infanticide of female babies). Furthermore, it insists on denying the sovereignty of the 23 million people residing in the Republic of China (Taiwan), which has blossomed into one of the most free societies on Earth in the past 20 years.

The authoritarian regime of Mainland China also continues working with other human rights abusers such as the military junta in Burma, remaining silent on the continued detention of Burmese Prime Minister-elect Aung San Suu Kyi.
