[Sosfbay-discuss] Walking out to prevent a quorum

 Dear Green Friends, 

This is a tactic that has been used, for no good reason, by certain factions in the Los Angeles County Green Party for years.? It is extremely annoying, counter-productive, and self-destructive and one of the reasons why L.A. County became the laughingstock of GPCA.? 

My dear Santa Clara Green Friends, please don't go down that path.

I consider walking out of a meeting to prevent a quorum to be the Green 
Party filibuster.  I hope that you all remember this if the Republicans 
filibuster the Kerry - Boxer climate change bill and Sen. Byrd - (Dem. 
WV) fails to vote for cloture to shut off debate.
